Inside the sukiya-style building of Unagi hashimoto, you can savor the highest grade domestic unagi of the season,
which has been recognized by the Michelin club.
Unagi Hashimoto has a private room that can accommodate up to twenty guests.
Our grilled eel is known for its tendernes.
We bring out the maximum flavor of the eel through our special technique of tenderising it during the grilling process.
